August 11, 2003 Ron alleges he will SOON file a suit

Updated Sept 4, 2004: I can wait, but I wont hold my breath. Over two years have passed and based upon his previous repeated promises to deliver, I am not optomistic about him keeping his word or being on any timely schedule. Perhaps he is gathering his records, but I really doubt he has any basis.
